How to apply these cards?
What is the fee or monthly fees of cards?

I need a credit or debit card becuse i want to do online shoping, without any card i can't do shoping through paypal or directly.
Any information is helpful.

i don't like using neither, I prefer to use cash for my purchases anyway I don't shop online. I know I might be missing a lot with this but I am afraid because fraud is everywhere and I don't want to be a victim of it.

For me Debit card is better. I am afraid of using credit card cause I might overspend than my salary. It is safer to use debit card.
