Ive been playing for a while and its kind of annoying , i looked it up and it said to turn on vsync however i dont know how (AMD) can someone help please

It'll still happen. Happens to me w/ it on.
You'll just learn to get used to it.

Just cap your FPS at whatever your monitor's refresh rate is. Likely 60Hz.
