Custom User Title

Adding User Titles is not worth losing the achievement's system.
I thought what made this forums so unique, was the achievement aspect.
I think it separates us from a large majority of the copiers out there and don't recommend getting rid of them.

Those Achievements are very unique and won't be removed. Neither will the userbars, but I'll make a poll tonight about re-adding user-titles.
