No, he scammed a member like yesterday and is now banned. You should have checked Scammers Bay.

I also heard he called in all lot of the tags he was selling including this one from members.

I guess you'll be? Sucks that you can't swap it since it's spaced and has a v1 obviously.

If I were you I'd call in yourself every few days or so to check if there's anything open. If so, close it. That's what I did with some of mine.
