I don't see the point of these threads. Yes, you are stating your opinion, but all it is going to do is cause a bitch-war + controversy.
Although I believe Deathcrow could potentially make a good moderator from what we've seen of his knowledge so far, is it really necessary? With the amount of active members on this forum, it isn't exactly too ideal to have any more staff members.
