in my honest opinion, we don't need one.. people would still look at it anyway if they wanted and also, if they are mature enough to make decent non-childish posts, they should be able to see this content.. just put spoilers on things.
also, having a massive variety of boards can be good but also bad because you may end up with 'ghost boards'; boards on the bottom of the page that hardly get seen so they don't get posted in but the OP is hoping people would respond to it because they were considerate enough to post it in the correct section

I heard you have to go through a process to get approved to host 18+ stuff on your site.

This will be denied as The Elite can get into Trouble for this, Many things can go wrong and Illegal photos / videos / links may end up being posted, for example Ch*ld P*rn or links to 4*han might be posted.

im 50/50 on this.

and there is noway we can prove were 18 to The Elite Thus making it illegal :S
