Its so very important to make your body fit, i think early morning excercises are the best for the body. fit body and healthy living are important, but remain active too.

I think this is going to cost you much of your health, in long run you could have lazy and unfit body too. In fast paced world you need to go in for atleast a walk that too 20 to 30 mins daily in the morning and evening, thus you can manage good health. But you should never be lazy, this is no good for your health you know.

regular excercises are a must do you know Rahul, thus its important to be active daily and go for a run or walk brisk on the pavements or in the park, youll feel good energetic and always remain healthy too.
