Do you excercise to keep fit?

hi good day manjudh yes youre right exercise is very important to us in order to keep us fit but i dont exercise oftenly because sometimes i am lazy to have exercise but usually walking is my exercise. i walked and walked for about 2 hours.

I often do house chores and walking my way to the market every morning. I think that's a good exercise for me. I feel lazy doing some exercise like jogging so I prefer mixing exercise with my everyday life.

Of course, I exercise to keep fit and have a healthy body and to maintain my good posture as well. It also increases our appeal

Oh years ago I have been doing home aerobics and taebo. But that was when I have enough time and energy to do that. Lately though, I am guilty of not exercising anymore. But then again if I go to the mall, I would take the stairs rather than the escalators so that way I can compensate for the times that I had been stagnant in home. Although I am doing a lot of household chores and I must agree that it is quite tiring, still nothing beats the effect of a real exercise regimen.
