you really must be interested to download the file but unfortunately i too comes from a country that do not offer surveys to download a file but i will use your tactics whenever i try to download a file which do not support my country

You can use proxy softwares to download those files. Using proxy softs like real hide ip is very easy

Why don't you get an IP changer, and download the file, by making yourself look as if you are visiting the site from the US. You can give fake info by going to the sites , who automatically generate fake information. I think this will be easy.
