I'ts actually really simple, All that you need to do is go Here
and register an account.

Once regestered, you simply watch ads that go for 5-15 seconds. Then you rate the Ad that you just watched.

AND THATS IT!

Every 24h the ads reset, so you can continue to earn moeny every single day!

Honestly, I figured out a hack for the site lol.
Download Cheat Engine (Google it)
Then open the site in Firefox, Open FireFox on Cheat Engine, Then just use the speed hack lol...

(I also figured out how to use SQL to inject a code to where you can edit how many points you have, Not sharing as it's highly illegal I would assume )
