Elgato Quality [Recording for Others]

I just got it today and in the software it says "No signal" turns out I'm missing the second HDMI cable. It only came with one. I had to order another one and now I have to wait an extra day.

You need to hook it up with your component cables.

I saw someone with an HDPVR 1212 that had the best quality I had ever seen, just saying. Beats Elgato, and any other PVR's under normal recording settings by a mile and a half.

Looks normal to me, brightness was lowered and contrast was increased. I can do those settings as well. The HDPVR and Elgato are pretty much on par when it comes to quality, some noticable differences, only thing that beats them is the Black Magic.
