Jonathan was an excellent leader before this event...it's been a few weeks since it's started up now give him a break. The first week everything went flawlessly. Actually the first time someone did not give their section even though he asked for it and such. Now he's moved on to it being more in his control, so again give him time and let him iron out the wrinkles. Besides I'd hope that I would be next in line if he ever quit since I've been on the team this whole time .
