You just need to hit level 30, and fill out a rune page, you'd be just as good.
You do good against level 30's considering you're still in the 20's lol.
Try out other champions though, don't stick to one, that's something I learned while playing Leagues.

I occasionally play as Singed, Kass, and TF. My main champion is Ev, atm.
I'm always on the lookout for new champs to test out.

My rune page is full of tier 2 and I'm currently working on my tier 3 primaries. (My glyphs and marks are primary and my seals are secondary.)

You wasted your money on Tier 2's, lol.
I just saved up until I hit level 20 so I could buy tier 3's.

Yeah, I was too tempted though. If I didn't buy tier 2's, I would have wasted it on champs I'll never use.
