BBB, with photoshop, you can just make a new document, and then make it an appropriate dimension like 450x160 and then you can make it transparent if you'd like and just add the text you want.
Use some fonts you like or think is fancy (Use dafont.com) and then add the text.
It's simple and easy, what font did you use? It's really bad.

I would recommend you to at least stop making thread where you are asking for feedback or leave the graphics world all in one. Not because your work isn't top-class, but because when someone gave you there opinion you argued with them. That is something you should never do, you should just take the feedback, regardless if its good or not and show yourself that you can do better by making a better graphic next time.
