Us Staff/Mods have a life as well. I work 12 hour days and I check ForumKorner whenever I can. So if it takes a little while for the tram to get something done, you will have to deal with it. You might be on 24/7 online, but look what your doing you making money online , which you could be making money offline and then also make money online but at the moment I bet your not doing anything with your life....

^Agree with this statement as well. The only time I am on is when I do not have work, or class. Otherwise, that is pretty much my life right now.

This site only needs like 2 Staff members completely. It's such a small community and there's too many Staff as it is.

I do believe the staff here do their jobs accordingly. I do not feel we need any more members added to the team, but that's just me.

How, or why does this effect your daily life at all? The staff team has a life outside this forum and their time is completely VOLUNTARY to help out the community when they can. If it takes a little time for you to get support I'm very sure a veteran member could help you out too. Or you could get off the computer for once and go do something that actually matters in your life, until they have the time to answer your questions.

If I ever contact a staff member I tend to go do something else, because honestly let's face it; it is not that big of a deal I'm very sure of it. If it is, you're just over reacting.

I support this, they make it like its such a prestigious position and everyone who is on the staff team are the best people in the world and are perfect, half of the staff team is unsuitable and I see members on the forum who would and already do a better job than them.

All I'm saying is it would be nice to get faster results, I see people asking for help with pretty important situations, and they don't ever seem to get it.

It seems a lot of people agree with this too.

I'm sure a few volunteers would be willing to give up a little bit of spare time each day to help with the demands that need to be met.

I see people who need help not getting it in a timely manner.

A few more staff members would speed that up, and lessen the burden on the others.

You sort of have a point. I assume you're basing this off H. F, which has like 6 total, and 2-3 of them being admin. If you look at these other sites though, their staff doesn't get shit done, and doesn't seem to give a shit about the members whatsoever. They don't consistently ban members, they very rarely respond to PMs, hell, I've even had trouble getting help in the staff support sections.
Be glad FK staff do as great of a job as they do. I'm not sure I've ever had a PM go unanswered, and I PM shit like random bets to Philly (he never seems to win). They're people too, if you're expecting instant results you're insane.

You joined this site like 3 months ago... You have no idea what this site has looked like with more staff than what their is now, and what their is when their's less. When only Quad and Christy were staff everything was fine; as it is now. This thread, however, is for the 'ass-kissers' to volunteer their time to be a moderator and justify why they should be picked over everyone else. Philly picks mods when mods need to be picked, as of right now the staff administration team is fine. Signatures and threads for volunteering to be mods were banned for a reason, I.E the "Nominate Poop for staff situation", but you just joined so you wouldn't know that.

Me joining has nothing to do with my ability to judge that more mods = more support.
