You joined this site like 3 months ago... You have no idea what this site has looked like with more staff than what their is now, and what their is when their's less. When only Quad and Christy were staff everything was fine; as it is now. This thread, however, is for the 'ass-kissers' to volunteer their time to be a moderator and justify why they should be picked over everyone else. Philly picks mods when mods need to be picked, as of right now the staff administration team is fine. Signatures and threads for volunteering to be mods were banned for a reason, I.E the "Nominate Poop for staff situation", but you just joined so you wouldn't know that.

Vouch for this, I remember back when I joined it was perfectly fine with quad and christy. I even helped dat nigga get his OMM.

You're mad because i'm right. The amount of old users on this thread that are saying the site is fine the way it is proves it, only new fags want more staff, but when we had more staff, staff got lazy because they let their work fall back on others, and the site looked awful because half of the forum was part of the administration team.

Your argument is self defeating, either your iq is less than 60, or you're too young to grasp the concept of deductive reasoning. Also on another note, quality > quantity, we could put 100 shitty staff members into the administration team, but if we put 10 hard working staff members into administration it defeats the purpose of having 10x more staff members. Your bottle necked logic is giving me cancer, please leave fk.

There are paying members claiming they haven't received support in days, and I've seen countless people complaining about long delays in support times.
