I completely understand and to a point these threads are right, but still, I see a thread exactly like this every other week and it's getting annoying.

They have valid points, it's true, but these threads need to stop.

If everyone thinks the staff needs to be reformed, something should happen IMO because the whole point of a forum is for/about the members. If they're nit happy something is wrong.
The negatives about reformation is people will team again and beg to be staff, also the staff degraded will take revenge or atleast show something if immature.
It's a shame people are talking about this.
