wow dat rough, i had a same experience my Girl-friend had a heart problems and we had a fire drill the 3rd day of school and she panic and had a heart attack and later was confirmed over the intercom. Everyone was SUS ;'(.
Like the other 200 posts talk to someone if you feel depressed, best thing to do.
