In fast food restaurants, we are given the choice between juice, ice tea and cola. I usually choose cola since it's the easiest choice, ice tea is the next choice and juice is the last. What about you?
I prefer fruit juice its much healthier than others.if fresh more better than powder juice.I also drink soda but only sometime it makes me fat and not also good if we drink everyday.
Definitely iced tea. It has to be sweat though. I'm from the south and have been looked at like i'm an idiot for asking for sweat tea. They have rasberry tea and other flavored teas. Those are ok every once in a while but I still say it's gotta be sweat tea.
fruitjuice is my first choice. since cola and icetea both triggers Uinary Tract Infections. Besides, health wise, fruitjuice contains vitamins most of it is vitamin C.
I think, all these three are much of the same thing - full of sugar. Better if you can order real fruit juice. There are already many restaurants serving this kind of drink. But sadly, fastfood restaurants are not into it yet.
