Had a couple items stolen by them, but never something worth $800. Gucci shoes look nice, but that's alot of money for shoes.

Duties fee is pretty much what the border charges from United States to Canada. It costed $200, the odd thing is I didn't even fucking contact the company that I bought the shoes from for a refund; only the fucking shipper. I'm actually so pissed. It should've taken 3-5 business days for the refund to process also; not less then a day.

Glad to see that you got your money back I buy Gucci shoes from time to time, never online though I buy locally from the Gucci store. Gucci shoes are alright but I prefer other designer shoes brands. I recommend you should definitely check out getting a pair of fresh Louboutins they go really hard.
