I'm going to England over Summer .. MAYBE.
We're supposed to go to London to visit my cousins, aunt, and uncle that I've never met before except once when I was just 1 year old.

The factors depend on if my mom wants to work over Summer and get paid over Summer, or to just vacation away like the rest of us.

Make sure you don't go down any alleys, haha. Really though, make sure you go on the London eye, and visit Hamleys, it's like the best (toy) shop ever.

It's ok over here, the weather is ok now, but the weather is usually shit in the UK.
and everything is overpriced and taxed as well.

Psh, all I want is a shirt or some random key chain or whatever that proves I've been there. I'm tired of the US :l.
I mean I went to Canada last summer but it's just right above us. I went to Asia, 5 years ago :l.

It's been awhile since we went somewhere exciting. Here in California, we do the same things for Summer. See the golden gate bridge, sometimes go to Alcatraz, go fishing sometimes, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, etc. Then right next to Cali, well there's Nevada. But let's be honest, Reno and Vegas aren't fun for 13 year old kids when they have to stay with their parents the entire time.
