good pets to own

hello guys can anyone give some idea about what pets best to own i am thinking to have a pets maybe Persian cat or a dog i am not sure i want pet cus i am only alone so someone to get my company any advice?

A cat when it comes to being affectionate cats gives more affection, But dogs are more lively in loyal. I think having both would be a good Idea!.

for me best pet to own and best companion is dog that is small in size at least you have also a guard at the same time.

Honestly.. a rat. They're SUCH good pets, loyal.. but a tad bit messy. Not too much worse than a hamster. I had one and it ended up having babies so we gave one to our neighbor. They kept it in their basement and when they'd open the door the rat would come running up to be fed. Wouldn't bite and it would let you pick it up without problems. Not to mention they're CUTENESS

This isn't exactly a long term pet, but the best pet i have ever had was a squirrel. It fell out of a tree when it was still a baby and it could walk because of a injured leg. The plan was just to take care of it until he could move around and climb etc. But it was so hard to let him go back to the wild. You can't keep them forever because at some point their wild nature starts to take over.
