That doesnt prove he even gave you the info. You need to make a scam report with all proof you have.

If thats your only proof then just leave

Then open up a scam report and upload all of your proof. If he really scammed you it will get taken care of, but from what I see there's no way to tell.
Before you go crazy about it try to work it out with him he isn't the type of person that will scam you.
