Since he's jacked it in the first place, I would careful about him doing it again, since I'm sure he's got that dox ready.

Also swapping it I'm sure he knows how to turbo, and even so he could get the main account back and just UA it.

Don't evade character limit.

When someone swaps a tag it's available for anyone, turbo'ing is a program that try's to claim the tag 24/7 until it gets it/ the person try to swap it themselves and the turboer can claim it.

Turbo'ing isn't exactly a program. It's just taking a tag while somebody is swapping it. There are programs for turbo'ing, but the nickname Turbo, comes from a controller called the turbo controller, and it was how people turbo'ed before programs.
