Okay:

1. Get a windows 7 disk
2. Start installing windows seven, it's after the part where you choose your options but before the part you choose the hard-drive
3. Click "Repair tools"
4. Click "CMD"
5. Type:
6. net user %username% password
7. If you leave %username% all users on the PC will change to that password, if you don't want it to do that then replace it with the user's username.
