Wouldn't you have to accept file transfers either way?

Techno maybe add at the Teamviewer part that you may check for a IP changer since when they change their IP with their own paypal they can still recover the money since it wasnt from their IP so not a legit transaction.
sorry for the bad explaination xD

Of course screenshots are not very good, the best evidence is recording using hypercam or camtasia if you have it. It has saved me a number of times from being charged back after a deal.

Under use a trusted middleman
You put Cancell its suppose to be Cancel

Seems like a good overall guide, although you placed a couple of capital letters in front of words where there shouldn't have been.
You shouldn't recommend Teamviewer(at least in my opinion) as a general trading tip considering it can be highly dangerous due to the fact that the person has control over your computer and there are known methods of freezing the other persons mouse.
I think a picture of them saying your username with a number after it(of your choosing of course) in public with a photo should be far more sufficient than giving a random person access to your computer, unless a valid reason where Teamviewer is the only way of help.

That's only if you give them access .... If they have disabled control what are they going to do?

I don't think most people are familiar with the teamviewer setup. I could be wrong.
