Have more people be in charge of Request Missing Awards Thread.

I have noticed that this thread back up a lot because of the fact there is only 2 people responsible for the thread , i also noticed jimmy made a thread about being less active . maybe you should add some mods to help with the thread like christy or Jeep. the last time awards were granted via that thread was on 10-20-2013, 08:49 PM . let me know what you guys think.

Why didn't you include Gr33d in here? I believe he's fit for the job. Christy isn't even active on here. She just comes to lurk in the shadows.

I think Gr33d is able to hand out awards, but Jimmy doesn't "allow" him to because he does awards.. Not to sure yet.

Jimmy also made a thread about being less active , even still there should of already been more people helping imho

I don't see it as a big issue, but I agree, Gr33d should be allowed to tend to the thread if he'd like. It may be beneficial to have a person solely dedicated to this. They don't even need to be staff, just someone trustworthy and educated on the awards' criteria. This way no one knows who they are and they aren't bugged by members to grant it.

McLovin and Jimmy usually do the awards, but I don't see why the other staff members aren't allowed to do so. This is a good suggestion.

I can hand out awards, however, Jimmy ad McLovin have previously asked me to allow them to do so because they will accidentally give the same person the award twice if me or Jason were to give out awards and then they'd have to go back and change it. But awards aren't really of that much importance compared to some of the other stuff we have to do that is time consuming so you guys should be fine being patient until Jimmy gets back.

Only one person should grant it , they post on the thread saying " award granted" when they grant a award, so i dont understand how that could be mixed up ? @greed

I posted a Private Inquiries about this, I'll just copy & paste my post from there.

There are requests as far back as October 20th that have not been awarded yet, but then a few around the 26th-28th have been granted.

And yes, the requests from the 20th are valid if you look at the thread.

I agree an extra, active person authorized to give out the awards wouldn't hurt any. To prevent the possibility of the same awards being given out twice, whichever staff that grants them should keep up to date with posting after they have granted them. Something along the lines of "AWARD GRANTED" or "REQUEST COMPLETE", if you go back about 5-10 pages in the thread, that's what they did.

No offense to the staff, but that's pretty messed up.. I know I'll probably get flamed for this but basically, you have to be cool with the staff to get awards? That doesn't seem right. I like Gr33d and Jimmy, but I don't know any other staff really. It seems a bit weird that it's going down like that...

Basically whats happening at this point , either wait around a week or more or be friends with staff

Yeah but it's just awards. Like Gr33d said earlier, it's a minuscule thing compared to what they do all the time. We can be patient for a mini-pic

its been like 2 weeks , i didnt think handing out a award which probably takes 5 minutes is that time consuming lol

doesnt matter , it takes them 5 minutes to hand out all the awards , is it really that time consuming for them that they need to take 2 week intervals when handing them out?
