its been like 2 weeks , i didnt think handing out a award which probably takes 5 minutes is that time consuming lol

well when you let it pile up like this im sure it takes a little longer , if they were active and they gave them out lets say once a day , they would only have to grant like 2 awards a day. they only have to grant 50 people them because they choose to wait 14 days in between granting them.

Yes, but people keep posting more as well, so doing 2 a day would never get the job done since more than 2 people usually make new posts. But, I am not letting them pile up since I'm not in charge of them.

Their lives aren't dedicated to handing out awards. It's not that important, just let them be to it when they get to it.

Which only happened because they gave you the award without doing the people before you first. If it went in order every time, that wouldn't happen.

I don't think this is too much of an issue. It would be nice if awards were given out faster but it's not too big of a deal. I got the award that I requested in like ~10 days and it was kind of a nice surprise because I forgot that I asked for it, haha.
