I never said anything about denying support to anyone. I said Steezy and I would teach the group members how to spot a troll and deal with them. If most cases, we would still provide the support needed, the same way a suicide helpline has an obligation to help anyone that calls them, regardless of whether they think they're pranking them or not. Everyone that asks for help will be given it. That's not the issue. My main concern is being able to gather a large enough crew that will be fit to provide the support.

How to deal with a troll. I'm saying what happens when a real problem is grouped with trolling. I just don't think we could provide better care but maybe instruct them into better care. Nevertheless I don't think this will be negative.

You're not getting me. The trolls wouldn't be kept out. Staff would supervise the forum just as they supervise every forum. The trolls would be provided for as if they were in need of help. There's nothing we can do about it. Like Wale mentioned, you can't deny someone help because of a suspicion that they might be a troll.

And as for an active mod, that's why I suggested Steezy and I run it together.
