People who say they were "born that way" or "I didn't choose to be homosexual" are just completely wrong.
Their lifestyle and their way of thinking due to their experience of life, makes them choose their sexuality as such. You can't be born homosexual as you are always born with no knowledge of anything. You have your opinions and values because of the way you have grown up, not because you have been forced to choose.
actually it's not really known for sure. research has shown that homosexuality is in the genes, but i'm not sure if it's proven and i can't really cite a website that would really prove anything. if it is in the genetics, then yes you are born that way. no, survival of the fittest doesn't apply, because survival of the fittest
no longer exists in its colloquial definition. being homosexual or straight wouldn't apply at all to any restrictions if genetics determine if you are gay or not. it is a chance. and let's be honest, there are
plenty of stories about a guy dating girls and it just not feeling right. you can accepted by girls while growing up and still be gay, which strengthens the argument of it being genetics. however, i don't really see any completely concrete evidence of it being that way, so i don't see how any of my argument can be proven at all.
