How are Staff doing, and how can we improve?

I definatly think you guys are awsome ---> thats the reason im still here, THIS FORUM KICKS ASS!!!! The only thing that could be enforced is the legit moderators or mm services to prevent scams. There should be a kind of system where the "LEGIT BUYERS & SELLERS" would be safe.

I haven't been posting much, but every night I've been coming online for about 30 minutes to go through my section and move threads, close threads, make LQ posts HQ, and whatever.
I'm not a big fan of the current staff, but they supposedly 'get the job done', so I don't have anything else to say than that.

You guys are all great in my Opinoin, i love all of the staff - Carbon - Beau - Dykerosoft - Saged - And of course Techno - and The Elite
The Moderators do a Great job too, There all very Helpfull and are all very nice, at the start they were alittle bit "power crazed" but now there great and respect the Power.
Oh and Why did Iolaka get limited and why did Ireppgold have his Moderator status removed? i didnt know were to post and i figured all the Staff are looking at this so im jst asking now

I get your situation it's my last year of high school too...
all I was saying is that maybe there should be a adjustment such as getting a few more moderators or bring up a safe system that could guaranty the safety of the community.
what I'm trying to say is I do not want this forum to be like the others, where people are getting hacked constantly, and we all know what forums im talking about...

It's the fact that people are taking the risk and not requesting a MM so they are accepting the fact they could get scammed.

scammers on this forum, and for now you guys are doing a good job.

Lately I have not been on a ton like before as I run two businesses on top of school and a very sick father. So my days of activity have been scattered. It does not mean I am not active just some days more then others.. I still move things around+ban the infected links I see in the morning ect if you want to chat best way would be by pm, I check my pms on my phone sometimes throughout the day. It will change, just my snow removal business takes up ALOT of time in the winter and it snows alot here. Snow for me is raining money ;P.......
the staff here does a fantastic job, most accusations are justified and every scam report is delt with. mods are also doing well, i think rune gear has a great set of staff.
Oh yeah, 1 more thing.
Sectionals (besides Dreclin) take their job way too seriously, closing threads because in their opinion it doesn't matter.
e.g Pink Floyd closing a debate between me and automatic coding, because apparently "no one cared", when really it was only his own decision.

You guys are pretty baws if you ask me. You close the spam shit right away and I just love reading post by Lol@ban who always says: "I'm gay and I like to infect other people".
