How do you create @Live.com emails?

I know there is a method to do this, does anyone know how? Thanks

Go to the alias page on the account page, then type something random launch Tamper Data it should pop up a little box after you enter the random alias, tamper it change the Signle Domain line to Live.com, quit Tamper data then type the email you want to recreate and then you should have it registered
