Having more than one thread discussing the same topic, while one is official and the other is not. It will cause confusion among members'.

I do not take grammar seriously; it's basic knowledge. You're the one who commented on my use of the word 'posting'.

The other thread is inactive and contains too much spam/"troll" posts.

I commented on it because it's unnecessary. It also does not stand for OP, OP stands for Original Post not Original Posting.

He has the right to make a new thread if he feels that the old one is being mainly used as a troll / flame / spam thread and if staff (philly) does not like the idea he can close / delete it.
