How do you think Evolution started?

Evolution is a big concept that no one man can understand fully. What do you think? (there are no right or wrong answers)
High intellectual states only please.
 
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. If this is what op meant than I think that aliens experimented with aps, and humans where born.
 
We evolved from a lesser species, without the help from a higher being.

From before apes/whatever we evolved from, we evolved from a single organism and became what we are today.
 
Well,..maybe it has something to do with environments. Things will have to adapt/evolve in order to maintain living. Slowly, but surely....I guess.
 
I think that teaching of Evolution was banned for the longest time for a reason. We recently discussed this in my Biology I class and the convos/arguments got so heated that the teacher had to calm students down.. I was like wtf O.O

Yeah I am a non practicing Methodist Christian so I didn't really/don't get into that type of shit very much.
 
I believe that God created the earth but at the same time I really get confused on who created God.

A lot of people believe God wasn't created, He's just a being in the Universe.
 
It started when god thought that he should make more complex figures.
 
Evolution, or Revolution? evolution would happen because of changing extremes, such as moving continents, revolution would happen from people getting tired of taking crap from people at a higher "ranking" than them.

Evolution with reference to humans.

Evolution just starts. There is no different ways that it can "start". We obviously evolved from a single celled organism. Any other way of our beginning is illogical.
 
You really can't pinpoint a beginning. I mean I guess you can say it started with micro-organisms developing in the oceans in the beginning of Earth's life.
