For me its depend on my mood, ya 5-6 glasses of water is normal for me and sometimes i take more than 5 glasses but sometimes i take only 3-4 glasses in a day.
In my self, I usually completed that required intake of water in our body which is 8 to 12 glasses of water. But sometimes during rainy seasons, I can only drink 5 glasses in a day. I believed that the more you drink water, all the toxic chemicals will be washed that keeps you from being sick especially viral diseases.

good day, i drink 6 glasses a day but according some doctors we should drink 8 glasses a day ,if you have a normal weight for you height then you have to take 8 glasses a day.and water can cause of reduce of fat if you drink plenty of water then you have no appetite to eat and preferably water is should be taken cold.
