How many times do you drink water in day?

I always drink water everyday and i drink 5-6 glasses of water every day because it is healthy and cleans inside of you. How about you?
 
In my self, I usually completed that required intake of water in our body which is 8 to 12 glasses of water. But sometimes during rainy seasons, I can only drink 5 glasses in a day. I believed that the more you drink water, all the toxic chemicals will be washed that keeps you from being sick especially viral diseases.
 
Depends of everything... How much i am tired, how much i want... depends of everything but most of all i dring 5 L in a day :)
 
I usually drink 2 glasses after each meal and around 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday.Some times more after I have finished my exercise routines.We need more fluids in our body to maintain good health.
 
I try to drink the suggested 8 cups a day, but I end up drinking only like... 5.

I drink milk in the morning and night, does that count as water? Lol.
 
Of course, I couldn't live without water in a day otherwise I feel really really dehydrated. I often drink 6-8 glasses of water in a day that is if I am not doing anything just the ordinary stuff. But, if I am totally sweating a lot maybe I could consume more than that.
 
I drink about 6-8 cups 2 cups of water every day after dinner as usual. I have been terminated after some time through my practice routine. I need water for energy to keep my flow going.
 
I am from a country that is hot and humid almost whole of the year so I must a lots of water and I do just the same. I drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day, that is almost equivalent to 3 litres. Drinking enough water keeps hydrated besides works as anti-toxin as well.

good day, i drink 6 glasses a day but according some doctors we should drink 8 glasses a day ,if you have a normal weight for you height then you have to take 8 glasses a day.and water can cause of reduce of fat if you drink plenty of water then you have no appetite to eat and preferably water is should be taken cold.
 
Hard to say, water is pretty much all I drink. And I work construction in this heat. I'm going say about 15-20 glasses of water a day.
