I'd say either in the middle of the afternoon, or in the middle of the night. Most people don't keep their computers running all night as they are sleeping and don't want to hear their computer, but would leave it on during the day while their at work/school.

If you use common sense you'll be fine.
 
Not bashing your post at all but I feel like if you have a speck of common sense you shouldn't get turboed. Nonetheless nice thread.

I've seen you around, I had you added too. Its a shame about that man, that is a pretty nice tag. I swapped mine today, I got it luckily.
