How to verify your paypal.

Nope. I verifed my paypal with a prepaid mastercard debit card. You can either link a bank account to your paypal or use a debit/credit card. Paypal are currently only accepting Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Just get a prepaid debit card, a much more easier method.

Edit: never mind, figured it out. Just a recommendation, don't create a new Paypal account on the app, you will run into a lot of problems.

What app? Netspend?
Try out Payoneer, it's similar. Been using it for over 3 years, and it works like a charm. I recommend it.

@Bulldog, nah.. I was just referring to the PayPal app. I made a new account and it prompted me to do a bunch of shit I didn't want. It referred me to the actual website where I was able to figure things out.
