I THINK I NEED A JOB - Can you offer me some Advice?

I'm Ellah, a 4th year student taking up Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and SAN PEDRO COLLEGE OF DAVAO. I am a regular student and I am Doing well in my studies. Never Failed my final grade in my Subjects.

I am 19 years old.

Suddenly the business of my parents get down(AS IN totaly DOWN - The size of the lost money with us was very big). I have no further costs for Studying. I owe the school and bording houses

So I suddenly thought to stop just aside to study and find a job first. I think I'm old enough to do this. Neither I see some school offer of Scholarship here in Davao.

I AM A WELL educated individual

I'm have good English Communication skills. More than Talking on Writing. I have a good advantage in comprehension. I am a Creative Person.

I am a musician
I can play well by EAR (that would mean so me HEARING magkapa and song through the music - I'm a widow)

The following instruments can play:
Guitars
Bass Guitars
Drums
Keyboards


I can also SING and very skilled in Blending. I do object to the voice of love songs.

I am a Song-writer. May I also written songs and I've also recorded through home recording.

I AM COMPUTER-literate

Knows how to use Adobe Photoshop CS4 and I also make Likes
GRAPHIC lay-outs. T-shirt Designing and Photo Editing.

Font of Making Movies and Audio-Visual Presentations

Knows how to use Windows Moviemaker, Sony Vegas, Magix Movie Edit Pro 16 and still working on Adobe After-effects.

I'm a Fast Learner. I am very interested in Fixing Computers. I have a "not-so-wide" vocabulary on Computer Softwares.


I AM A PROFESSIONAL DRIVER
My restriction codes are 1,2 and 3.

Knows how to drive a Motorcycle and 4-wheeled Vehicles. Both Manual and Automatic Transmission.
Had lots of experiences in Driving.
I've been driving since I was in Grade school.
Knows how to drive an ELF in Long-Distance Truck Hauling Transactions.
I'm a defensive driver.

I AM A TRUE CHRISTIAN

I have no Vices. I do not drink, smoke and who da drugs.
So far, only one became my habit - the DO-DOTA.

I tend not artistic ug chix that cause I am not Attractive.

I had lots OF WORKING Experiences
Especially in the Field of PHARMACY (Because we once had a drug stores - My Mom is a Pharmacist)
I am oriented in Dealing with Drugs and Patient. May I also knowledge about the pharmacology of Drugs as common here in our community.

that I still try to work in the Resto-Bar as a Performer (singer, drummer, bassist, lead guitarist, Rhythm guitarist and keyboardist).

AS OF NOW, I still told the Parents that I Plan To stop.
But even though I see their case, I feel they still be hihirap.

Were always the notice of PAPA and MAMA U I i I lose hope in the study. U do them all just to finance my studies. BUT I AM NOT Melason-jud see me some distress.


But even so, I still I'm Positive. I'm Depressed.

I really Hope that there can help me here.
Some members do Dyan who knows who ooffer of Scholarships.
Or Part time Jobs?

If you are a musician, you could start playing in an orchestra during evenings and practise with a band during daytime. That way, the orchestra will gifve you a solid source of income and when you play with the band, you'll make good money as well.

thanks sir i already do that sir but my problem was during my school time i get sleep because we done in 2am early in the morning i do that work in the bar here in Philippines suddenly its not really fit for me cus i am still student during day time

Start with small works like working at mac, or in a cofee. If you are a girl and well educated you'll have no problems in those sorts of jobs.

You even said that your good in writing and why don't you start blogging?Your soon to be Pharmacist right?Try to blog about your profession and other things that relates with your field. It's good that you both use your writing skills an at the same time your knowledge of what you really study. Second, there's a site called fiverr and you just need to brag in there what this you can do. Example: you write songs?you can shout in there that you can write a song for this price and you know how to use adobe photo shop, why don't you shout in there that you can edit some of their pictures and give pay you for finished tasks?. You can even make movie. Your so talented and you just need to search ove the internet about those sites who offer jobs that fits your skills. Try Odesk and freelancer, there's a lot of jobs that fits for you (as far as I can see). Good luck! I hope that those words that I post in here helps you decided on what you really want. ^^

With all qualifications, skills and talents you have then you can land a decent and a great job. There are a lot of opportunities for you. So, I don't think it is difficult for you to get one. Plus, you don't need to stop studying. You can do some part-time job just like my case when I was still studying my Nursing profession. It is how you manage time, money, work and study. Don't quit first! Find every option for you to continue studying! You can do it! Choose a job which you really love the most because in that way you wouldn't be dealing it as a job but rather just part of your life and enjoyment! Don't feel depressed over things eventually you will have a smooth ride after all!

It sounds like you are well qualified in a lot of things. have you thought of designing a site and selling graphics, also there are sites you can make tshirts on and sell them. I'm sorry I can't be of much help but with so much you can do there is work out there for you.

Ohhh, hmmm.why don't you try to post your resume in jobstreet sis? I think you are qualified with the work that they offer in there. All you need to do is sign up for an account in there and complete your resume so employers will see your skills. I hope it helps!

why don't you apply at call centers? with signing bonus promotions when you get in? how does it sounds to you? It's the easiest, fastest way of acquiring job here in the Philippines as they ramp out the entire industry which is in need of customer care hotline and tech support. You could try your luck out there and choose the most fit schedule for you. You need some perseverance. If you got a good grades try to look for a scholarship so it can lessen the burden? There are part time jobs in some call centers. Just do some google and try to visit jobstreet. From there you can find a lot of opportunities that will best suits you. Use your talents and remaining resources, that's the only way you can do for now and you don't have any choice at all but to face the fight and make it through.

hello i think i have same problem i am also looking for a online job but i am looking for one that pays high amount and that is hard to find. I only see the ones that pays the small amounts so i wonder were the online jobs that pay higher amounts are.

yeah your correct richard its really hard to find site that pay better online but for the main time i am member of ptp site almost 5 and i spend 2 hours for every site so everyday alternate time so i dont get so tired of it
