I would say your best bet is to call Microsoft like inspire said, good luck though man.
 
Before you swap a tag, you should go on a VPN and change the billing info & passwords and such. Then, if you don't successfully swap, you open a UA, they'll give you the login to the account it was on via email, then you reply to the email requesting the tag and how important it was to you. Did it once when I got scammed, they had swapped the tag via Tinker but I was still successful.

Well I may never get it back, but if I find out who it was, it isn't going to be fun for them, I don't let shit like this go easily.

If you can find out who turboed it you should post a scam report. I am sure someone here did it.

No no no, it isn't just shit talking over the internet, I will personally dox the person to go to his house and kick his face in for being a fucker that steals from others.

Yeah, but that $75 could of been used for something useful instead of being stolen by some lowlife.
 
My friend was going to buy that tag for 60$ sorry for your lost dude it sucks.
 
Shit happens do not tell anyone your swapping tags I got my og turboed a moth ago after telling my bet friend. You can't trust anyone.

It can still be taken back even though the beefed up security. You're never 100% safe.

No you can't... You can only take back the actual account, not the gamertag itself.
