You can't really guarantee use to be player mod within month's. I have done all the steps for over 4 years and I am not a mod I have 0 blackmarks also

Well he only explained the basics of it. As long as you are active, and contribute, you will get it. You don't even need to have perfect spelling and grammar. Make sure to change your recovery questions and password on a regular basis.

I'd recommend you to add having an appropriate name. Have you ever seen a mod named "smd please" or "xX i 0wn Xx"?
