lol why is it so important? :/ if you want to become a vegetarian and you are woried about that I think you should reconsider it again. Can you live without meat? yes. You will be healthy? no.

Reconsider it because you will have to buy vitamines and you'll probably be more weak.

There is some vitamins that we can get from meat.we can live also without eating meat,but maybe the vitamins you take is not enough you can eat once in a moth if you one or eat a small amount.it also good if you eat only vegetable's.

I think not, I will try and get sick. replace the meat with soy meat but I really hurt. now as at least 1 meat once a month, I prefer fish or chicken and many vegetables.

i think it is possible to eat meat. there are a lot of alternatives to it like chicken or beef.. or even fish. but if you'll become vegetarian, i think it will depend on the person if he/she can survive it

I think we can live without meat. Just like the veterinarians. But the nutrients you get is not full. But since you didnt include the fish. Yes, we could live by eating vegetables, fruits and fish.

Well I couldnt, but I have a cousin who has for 20 years. She eats fruits and veggies, fish. But no real meats like beef or pork. I wouldnt miss the pork. But I love beefs. I could never stop eating meats.

yes, it really possibly, cause there my family that being vegetarian and can be healthy also. and i have friends that really can eat meat, and he can be fat also like me. HAHA.

Yes, i think it's possible for some people to live without eating meat but not me, i love meat, i eat meat everyday because it has protein and it's good if you workout.

i can't imagine myself living without meat, but i've met people who are vegetarians. they manage to be fit and they look healthy even without "real" meat inside their system..

It is quite possible to have a long healthy life without eating meat. In my country, most of the people are vegetarians. The fact is that vegetarianism is increasing in popularity across the world. The latest DASH diet emphasizes the great importance of eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
