The difference is and I'm sure @Chill will agree.. The car is flash and will get you from place to place, I'd be expecting these shoes to have fucking wheels for that price.

An $80,000 Mercedes makes you look badass, $20,000 Kia is great for transport and maybe one day they'll have a mercedes.

$50 walmart shoes are what nerds where, maybe stick to around $100-$300 get a sick pair of trainers or boots.. $1800 yeezys gets you what? I don't know if it's just because we don't have them here in Britain but I've seen Vans that look better than those slipper looking flip flops

Putting shit tyres on your car will still get you to A and B yes, I agree. But if you put expensive tyres you're getting from A to B in a more comfort and fuel efficient way.

Buying shit shoes is exactly the same, you may walk different or it may affect your body. If you bought more expensive shoes they might be more comfortable and more ergonomic for your body, same relation to a vehicle with the tyres being the cars shoes.

So technically in your situation you need a new human to benefit from new shoes.

$50 shoes won't be ergonomic, $300 shoes will be ergonomic fancy and look very nice on you.

$1,800 shoes are paying for a brand name. It's like how you could buy a polo shirt from walmart then get the exact same shirt with an Adidas print for $80 more.

You get what you pay for, I'm not saying $1800 shoes are shit. I just said I wouldn't buy them.
The statement is not pointless, if you buy $50 shoes and use them everyday chances are they're not going to last as long as the more expensive shoes.

I would never pay $1800 for shoes. £150 GBP at most.
True, but I've had a pair of Dr Marten's for 6 months and they're not damaged in the slightest, they're only like £120 GBP not sure what that is in $.

I have no chip on my shoulder, you acted like I done shit wrong which I never did.. I had a holiday from social media.

I can find $50-80 shoes that will last just as long as Yeezys, you realize they are still made in China by little children with the same materials. Yeezys are NOT designer quality, they sell for around $300 and are resold like an OG handle.
