Is Racism in America still an issue?

In think Racism is an issue in every country. Somewhere in every country there is some sort of discrimination. But it is no where near as bad as the discrimination of when slavery was around.

It is still an issue, and it has been for many many years (as long as the history of man) whether or not it was really common.

I am almost 100% sure that racism will continue out for a really long time. Though it has died down a bit, and is a lot less common than the slavery days it is still around, and pretty common.

It truly disturbs me how many people are still racist or prejudice.
