His music isn't bad at all.
99% of his haters dislike his style of music which is acceptable and/or people who is irritated that girls around them dig him and his music.
I personally find his music decent in this day and age and have nothing against him as a person either. I just preffer Metal, especially powermetal and DnB however I see no reason as to why I should hate him.

I love justin bieber, he is so perfect 
I do not enjoy his existence for the simple fact that he's joining the mainstream pop-culture.
You may find his songs en his whole presence enjoyable, but I do not, at all.
His songs are repetitive, simple, an unoriginal. Anyone with the least bit of common sense will realise that his lyrics are complete and utter crap.
Usually it's allot of repeating the same word(s) over, and over, and over again. And a few couplets which seem to be put together by a 10 year old in under 15 minutes. Not to talk about his awful presentation and live-shows.
This was only a synopsis about his awful over-all performance as an artist.
I could go on for ages talking about how unacceptable the lyrics are, about how media is being fake as usual, about how the team behind JB is exploiting young girls all over the world. There are so incredibly many reasons why I do not like Justing Bieber, the list is endless.
And even better, I can support all of my reasons with valid arguments and/or facts.

Every song he's made has been in the top 10 singles charts in America, and UK (and loads others), why would he stop? He makes millions at 16 (maybe 17) years of age and has a smoking hot girlfriend. It's not his fault he's talented (you can't argue his talent). His songs are normally talking about love, which is the #1 topic for all songs that make success. "Pray" isn't about love though and that was a success.
People make up excuses as well saying he's arrogant and all that, when he just isn't. He's also very good at live shows...
He broke his foot once on stage, and continued to sing the rest of the song and finish the gig. Now, for someone who apparently "doesn't give a shit" and "is a pussy" that's bravery at its best.

And come one, you can't be serious? What exactly is his talent? Having a unnaturally high voice? That's a medical condition, not talent.
But just to clarify something here, talent is not an exact thing. usually it's just the ability of being able to do something no, or only a few, other persons can do.
Justin Bieber however, does something more or less anyone could do with some voice lessons, bad lyrics, and auto-tune.
His songs being in the charts doesn't say anything about how good they are. Quite frankly, I don't even care. Good, also, is not an exact thing. One may find something good while the other despises the same thing for certain reasons.
And I despise Justin Bieber('s songs) for the reasons I posted above. That's what you asked: "Why do you hate Justin Bieber".
And that, my friend, you can not argue.
Just on a side note: Breaking your foot and stage and continuing the show is not bravery, it's clumsiness in the first place and then it continuous in stupidness.

His live-shows are shit. He's walking around like a chicken with no head, singing his awful songs, and occasionally doing some awful dance moves supported by 20 people who do actually can dance.
Crayo, he's shit (to me), that's all there is to it.
He's voice isn't even remotely girly now, however when he does a high vocal, he's voice will became softer and lighter more like a feminin voice then a darker male voice, but that is not his regular way of speaking.
I actually think he's really manly.
