I and many others know rep, and quite a few others. Imo it should be how dedicated they are to RG, and how much they've contributed. Not money wise, but guides, quality posts, helping, etc.

I honestly like not knowing what's going on with that. In my opinion, not adding tons of people makes the group feel more exclusive. Also, not knowing adds a bit of mystery to it! *spookeh*
