Looking for a Turbo-er.

Been a while since i'm been here, but I recently wanted to swap my tag and realised my old old copy of Geschenk clearly doesn't work anymore.
I'm looking for a turbo program that's quite fast and reliable. I know there are services but i'd prefer to do it myself.

Nope, the one that checks for gamertags multiple times a second, eg Geschenk.
