I've redone our User Groups page!

- Groups can now be clicked to show an overlay which returns the owner(s) and members.
- Transfer fee has been reduced.
- Rebrand fee has been removed.

Expect more updates as I get more free time this week.

Update looks nice, I prefer how the groups page looks now. It's so much easier to have everything visible now, especially with the correct owners of the respectable group. Didn't know you could click into the groups to view the members either, you should probably add a little header/footer in there somewhere to state that it's a possible option if people would like to investigate individual groups. Either way, good update!
