Which one do you think is better on the body?

I think marijuana is better then Alcohol because Alcohol can actually kill you from drinking to much and from drinking too much in at a single time. People don't die from taking 50 hits from a bong continuously but drinking a keg of alcohol can.

You can also get alcohol poisoning from alcohol and be very sick, weed doesn't poison you and make you sick.

Tip for people who don't drink or smoke: Marijuana is more frowned upon then alcohol because since alcohol is legal it becomes more socially acceptable.


There are more points I just have to go and can't write them out now, I'll let you guys discuss the rest.

Both are bad.
Marijuana does less damage, but alcohol is less addictive.
Overall, almost the same.
Also, if we quit smoking marijuana, we'd put millions of marijuana farmers out of a job.
So keep smoking, and keep the economy in random countries running.
Etc. !

Alcohol = 75,000 deaths every year. Completely proven.
Weed doesn't make you schizophrenic. Not proven.

Hmm. This is how I look at it..
I guess it all depends on how much you use of it right? I mean TOO MUCH of anything could be bad.. and they both have good/bad things.

Weeds effect is obviously less dangerous then alcohol.. i mean alcohol gets you fucking stupid and you can get yourself in trouble or get hurt. not with weed. Weed can just fuck up your lungs like smoking anything... Alcohol doesn't fuck up your lungs.. but doing enough will fuck up your liver haha! Idk both are w/e. I don't smoke weed but i do drink a bit. (not enough to get wasted/drunk though)
Weed>Alcohol for safety?

Weed is bad in the sense that it leads you into more dangerous drugs. Personally, I prefer weed, but due to the fact that it is illegal and my mother is strongly against it, I can barely ever do it. I drink occasionally and every now and then I get drunk AND high, and get fucked up.


Marijuana is also neurotoxic because it fucks with your brain and nerve endings. It's true that it can fuck up your head if you do it way too much. Alcohol on the other hand is a whole different level. You lose coordination as well as the ability to have a educated opinion. Also, a huge amount of damage can be put on your liver after several counts of drinking.


Overall:

Alcohol:

Negative -Makes you sick, a jerk, unable to have a opinion, loss of coordination, liver damage, brain damage, chance of OD, High cause of car accidents, fairly expensive, depression

Positive - Legal when of age, Tastes good, Can be good for you in wine when taken in small doses with dinner (proven), Social activity

Marijuana:

Negative - Neurotoxic, can make you feel sick, can be laced with things like crack, illegal in certain countries, can introduce more dangerous drugs

Positive - Natural Herb, relaxation, socially enhancing, not too expensive, small doses = big effect, Very small death count, FUN

Kills brain cells, not the human being. I've heard of alcohol poisoning, never heard of Marijuana poisoning.

@Weed killing you you need to smoke for like 24 hours straight or more for it to kill you. While alcohol can poison you fairly quickly from large amounts. But if you are talking in reality, the death from weed is mostly uncommon while death from alcohol is more so likely and reasonable.

^^If that makes any sense.
