Most efficient way to get at least 60 range?

Another thing about botting at the Range Guild is that it isn't to terrible of a ban rate. I never notice people doing the "guard" lure there anymore because most bots now have a way to counteract that so that's not something you should have to worry about either.

Ya I've botted 3 accounts there to 80+ range and never got any bans or anything. Theres so many people there no1 gets reported

I got 85xp/h at ranging guild with Hati paws all the way to 90 range in about 2 days of botting from 40. I suggest you do ranging guild 24/7 untill 99. Doesnt take long. Make sure you check up on it and say stuff randomly so people think you are legit.
